Great effort Helen! I reckon this is as good a training for the Three Peaks cyclocross as any around here. Sunday I did a Helsby Five Peaks (or 6 ...or 7) on the bike - Frodsham Hill, Helsby Hill, back to Fox Hill, across to the forest via the back of Crossley Hospital, Eddisbury Hill x3, bit of messing about in the forest, and back. About 24 miles and 2700'. Tired! app.strava.com/activities/62383417

10 months since last post and a new record attempt... 1:46:29.8 (previous best 1:47:21.45) Will be going for a sub 1:45 soon(ish)
