Up and coming races

Evening all, just joined Helsby RC and glad to see all the events everyone has signed up to, anyone doing any of the following races, this is what I have planned over the next few months, and will be studying the Helsby 3 peaks challenge course, see what time I can post, some great time already

Aug - Birchwood 10k
Sept - English Half (Warrington)
Oct - Snowdonia marathon
Nov - Hellrunner
Dec - open to suggestions and if anyone knows of an ultra marathon about let me know as struggling to find one

I've seen that one, only thing that puts me off is it's more a navigational race than a trail race, and to be honest, that scares me, I get lost using Sat Navs!!! Might have to make one up and see if I can get any of you others Helsby members out with me for 30-40 miles

How about the full Sandstone Trail - that's about 34 miles. Nice local challenge
