On Saturday 19th November Delamere Spartans will be welcoming Team GB International Ultra-Trail runner Stuart Mills to Delamere.
Stuart will be talking about his experiences winning the Lakeland 100 in 2010, coming 22nd at the Ultra Tour du Mont Blanc in 2009 and about what he learned when he retired from this year’s UTMB. He’ll also be discussing his views on mental preparation and the power of positive thinking.

This is a rare opportunity to meet someone at the absolute top of our sport. Stuart’s talks are incredibly inspirational and every member of our club will walk away from the evening with a whole new perspective on their running and potential.
