What is a PB? Sorry, I can't remember if you have already done a sub 36 10k. Well done. You looked strong.
I am still having problems with my achilles but it is manageable now. I am hoping to be fit for the borders league.
PS: I have bought a racing bike and I am learning to swim....

a PB is a personal best! which I somehow managed to get on Sunday, maybe it was all those racing lines I took?
(I've not managed a sub 36 before so was quite happy with the run, so now I have to aim for sub 35!)
Sorry to hear about the achilles, so mayb eyou and Chris Marshall will be competing in rivers and roads together soon>?

sounds good Denis, think we'd need to choose a faster course than Sutton as well, looking forward to the challenge

If you are looking for another fast 10k before the end of the year, you could try Helena Tipping 10k or even Ribble Valley (last time I entered that race, they cancelled it!?).
