Will be doing a gentle run round Moel Famau on Sunday at ten (bottom car park) if anyone fancies it, try and have a look at 'some' of the Green Green Grass of Home routes

Come on then, spill the beans, who should we be following around the course tomorrow?
(Adair, if the answer is you then it might be more helpful to give us some tips, on the off-chance you drop us!)

Difficult to know the actual route Ed, as Martin changes the route each year....but it will be a little bit tougher and a little bit longer than the Druid
However, when going up the stone gulley there was a flagged section in the ferns, no discernable path, so whatever route we take, expect the legs to notice it!
All the going looked good on the paths, really dry! should be nice and soft through the ferns

Ah, didn't know about the route changes.
So if it's on dry paths do you reckon trail shoes will do?

Not too sure how much grip you'll need through the 'off-path' sections, i'd still maintain having grip tonight, as there will be some steep sections in this run (has been in the past), think trail shoes will be fine .....although if my new Innov8's have arrived i'll be wearing them tonight
